This Year’s Unitarian Universalist Association Common Read Susan W. and Andy R. want to invite others to join us for a reading group on “An Indigenous Peoples’ History of the United States” which is the UUA Common Read for 2019-2020. With 400 years of interaction between native populations and the European settlers/colonizers to explore, we hope this book will give us a better understanding of the full scope of history on this continent. Details TBD, but we will probably meet three times starting in January 2020 so we can tackle the book in sections. If you’d like to join us (even if you can’t commit to reading the whole book, you’re still very welcome!) please contact Susan at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can keep in touch for scheduling, etc. You can purchase the $16 book here.
