“Current Events: Stepping Outside Our Own Lives”
Sunday 11am EST by Zoom
January 24, 2021
Current events loom large in our lives these days. For this morning, you are welcome to bring feelings, readings, or poems to share about current events. We challenge you to explore readings or poems from people who are different from you, whose experiences of current events do not match your own. Service leaders: the UUFA Programming Committee

NEWS FROM (UUFA PRESIDENT) SUUSAN (firstname.lastname@example.org ; 240-305-0860)
I always enjoy our Sunday morning services, even engaging through Zoom, or just listening in on my phone. But a special highlight of our COVID-era UUFA community is the “Time Out Tuesdays” we spend with Rev. Don Rollins.
This weeknight evening online get-together is a chance for us to share of ourselves in conversation. Rev. Don usually provides us with a topic or question to get us started, but it doesn’t take much for us to pick up that subject and run off with it in all kinds of interesting directions!
Since Rev. Don supports two congregations, “Time Out Tuesdays” are only held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month. Our next gathering is Tuesday (duh!,) January 26, at 7:00 pm. Details on logging or calling in is elsewhere in this Greensheet. I hope you’ll join in for camaraderie and conversation!
“TIME OUT TUESDAYS”
Looking for some midweek “vespers” time with UUFA folks? Ready to do some reflecting and sharing? Join Rev. Don Rollins NOW ON THE SECOND AND FOURTH TUESDAYS, next on Tuesday, January 26th at 7pm.
