Maypole Dancing & Music on Mother’s Day

MAYPOLE DANCING & MUSIC on MOTHER’S DAY

We are excited to announce that Sunday May 8th, 11am-noon, we’ll have our delayed OUTSIDE May Pole Dance Party. The weather tomorrow is forecast to be zero-rain!  YAY!

It’s PARTY TIME!

What to bring?  Yourself!

HELP US if you’re inclined: bring musical instruments, drinks, snacks, your favorite lawn chair (or borrow a chair from inside the fellowship), friends, neighbors, and lots of energy for dancing around the May Pole outside as we enjoy ourselves in a party atmosphere on Mother’s Day.

Masks?  Because we’ll be outside, you’re welcome to wear or not wear your mask, but please bring a good mask  (NOT a fabric mask) in case you need to go inside to use the restrooms, because good masks are still required inside the building. AND, if you plan to dance around the Maypole, please bring a mask to wear upon request because dancing will bring you in close quarters with others who may ask you to be masked. Thank you!

It’s PARTY TIME!

P.S. Apologies to those who rely on attending our services by Zoom…partying in hybrid fashion is beyond our current abilities. Stay tuned for next week’s hybrid  service by Susan Westenbarger: “What’s in Your Spiritual Junk Drawer?”

UUFA PLEDGE FORMS

Please bring your competed pledge form to give to Jessie Roberson before the end of May. If you need an extra form, please ask. We have some in the podium keyboard drawer inside the fellowship.
