Sunday Service for May 17, 2015 – 11:00 a.m. – Scenes from a Juvenile Court: Finding Someone You Don’t Want to Disappoint

May 12, 2015 by Barbara Harrison

It’s tough growing up in disadvantaged America; and as though poverty’s impact were not crippling enough, our most vulnerable children and youths are at increased risk for everything from addiction to violence to mental illness. UU minister and juvenile court program coordinator, Don Rollins, will make the case that tangible human connections are key to helping our kids help themselves.
We are thrilled to welcome back our former minister Rev. Don Rollins and to hear more about his work in Jackson County.
